Hello, Attached is my cbc report. I am having slightly low platelets (125000) and a high mpv (13.3). Rest of the parameters are fine. Moreover, I had hepatitis E infection in September 2023. I got my lfts done in October and those came out to be normal. What can be the reason for low platelets level?
