Talk to General Physician on Minor Cuts

Hi I have got minor cuts while removing unwanted hairs from the body parts..I e. Genitals etc..now I want to know which cream should I apply to get them healed up Although they are 2-3 minor cuts but they pain sometimes Is there any ointment or cream to heal it up?
