Talk to General Physician on MND-Als

i am 30 years old & suffering from nuerological disorder. i was diagnosed with MND-ALS in 2016 when i was hit with tounge atrophy + fasiculations through out body i was having symptoms from last 11 years but many drs said you are mis diagnosed. i am done with emg mri muscles biopsy all blood tests .recently i am having severe anxiety plz hlep me for i used sertiline for 4 years + multiple vitamins but no recovery just feeling like very slowly my muscles are weakening & bones too but still i can walk i can eat
