Talk to General Physician on Moderna Vaccine First Dose

I had my first dose of Moderna Vaccine 2 days ago & after few hours of vaccination i started having fever & body pain i couldn't sleep might because of fever, i took Panadol & Brufen but it's not reliving any pain or fever, also I'm sweating a lot when I'm not under a fan or Air conditioner, i have read on CDC website about possible common side effects of moderna Vaccine so I'm not worried but i need to know whether or not i should wait a day or two to see if fever goes away or get myself checked up by a physician?
u should wait and keep on taking panadol when the fever spike is high.....it must be the vaccine symptoms..it will subside soon don't worry eat chicken eggs n milk
Wait for 3 days.Fever should settle.
Continue Panadol tab 1 or 2 tab three times a day for 3 days. or as needed.
