First of all ,for how long has this happened?
Second, has this happened with specific type of food like of restaurants only and not with home food ?
Third ,anyother complaint you have like body pains ,weakness or blood coming out with faeces.
Remember as per your complaint, it seems diarrhea and diarrhea almost always resolves itself in 3 -5 days.So ,wait for 3 -5 days and it will resolve itself .Just eat home made food and fruits especially apple..If it doesn't resolve ,you can come back here

I don't eat outside food, i have left long ago, it seems fine today but i eat lomotin medicine to control the diarrhea although its fine but had some sensation in stomach if it can come again lets see today
