I am taking med now a days it's losec ganaton and colofec....I've done wid my ultrasound also in which it's diagnosed a little enlargement and Inflamed liver....is it jaundice. Or heppatitus????

I am having no fever none symtoms of losing appetite but yes was having little bit of prblm as stomach aches and on off loose motions but the med which I've mentioned below make me feel better but I am tensed cozz of my liver levels..yes I have pain in my feets likes ancles coz of uric acid.....

I went to physician in national hospital he recomended me all this....but due to crona I avoid again nd again to hospital that's y post here everything...plz let me know wether there's a serious issue regarding my liver levels uric acid and chelostrol?? my age is 33 and weight is almost above 90 kg I have done wid 4 C sec and gall bladder is removed too

For your ankle pains you should use voltaren gel twice daily
and also you can have paracetamol 2 tabs only if required for pain relief.
Avoid using any other pain killer by mouth.

Let’s wait for the result of hepatitis serology. In any case LFT still need to be repeated after1-2 weeks. NO, zyloric is not recommended in ur case with mild hyperureacemia .

Good that u have Hepatitis B vaccination done but hepatitis C vaccination is not available so we need to rule it out.Plus if you could have done your HBs Ab test done too it can give us an idea about your immune status for hepatitis B, if antibody level is low you might be needing a booster dose of 1 shot for your future immunity.
If viral serology is negative no need to worry about , and hopefully your LFT would get settle in the next test.

Please don’t worry , it could be mild and temporary LFT derangement .Just take the meds and the precautions I have mentioned in my previous comments and relax.Your results are not seriously impaired.

It’s ok Thallasemia minor is not dangerous . Your CBC showing mild anemia with low MCV which indicate about your thallasemia status. So you are not having iron deficiency anemia and u don’t need to have iron tabs for that.
We will just wait for your next LFT and serology results.
No need to worry at all. Just stay calm .

Yes viral hepatitis B and C are ruled out.you just need to wait for next LFT better after 1 week to 10 days. By that time see if you could do HBsAb test also from the same sample to access about your valid immunity for hepatitis B. It could be a transient derangement of your liver function tests, just take the dietary and physical activity measured I have already suggested you.
Or if your LFT are further deranged and bilirubin rises then we need to check on Hep A Ag and Ab test too.
Just avoid taking any medicine apart from losec and paracetamol if required for pain or fever.
Also let me know about your last menstrual period date.

With deranged liver enzymes you are taking too many medicines which is not good for your condition.As you don’t have any abdominal colic or nausea vomiting there is no point of taking ganaton and colofec. Hepa merz if you really like you can continue.
I suggested you to stop zyloric too.
Just repeat the LFT after 1 week only then further management could be decided.
As extra care I advised you to do HBs Ab test so that you could know that immunity against hepatitis B is still up to the mark in your body or you need a booster vaccine for future protection from this virus.
