Avoid very hot drinks / Spicy food for some time, Keep mouth clean and gargle with warm salted water. Use Kenalog in Orabase Ointment as recommends and have Multivit A to Z once daily.
Somogel will not resolve the issue will require a coarse of antibiotics for at least one week
