i m suffering from i dnt know what bacteria inside my mouth i kissed some one and loose stool nausea vomiting she started i m also suffering from this disease. I had done thousands of tests all are normal what type of this bacteria or virus and how to check this.

Stool culture is non bacterial and stool examination also normal
