I have white patches in my mouth from 3 days .I am a smoker but nowadays have been smoking very less .It's a very bad burning feelinf
tablet famotidine 40mg 1 tablet daily
DAKTARIN (Miconazole Nitrate 2%) oral gel it your mouth
syp gaviscon 1+1 (antacid)
White patches are almost always due to some form of irritation including infection:
: eg fungal (candida)
and friction: eg poorly fitting dentures, cheek biting, sharp teeth or fillings (frictional keratosis)
3. Chemical irritation: eg aspirin burns, smoking (smoker's keratosis)
Smoker Keratosis probable Dx

Sir that sore has heal but I realized I have another cut in mouth and has no pain when opened it is white in colour and it's been more than a month now.
