Damagh mein peep jama ha need to kill germs with injection antibiotics or maybe neurosurgeon will make a hole to remove it if not possible with injections.Need hospitalization. Neurosurgeon consultation all the time needed during hospitalization and after discharge.
Peep ko hole kr k nikala jata ya 2nd option( if smaller abscess)Peep ka sample la ka uska test kr k usk mutabiq antibiotics di jatein. Us sa pehla 2-3 antibiotics ka combination use kya jata. Still I’ll advise you to visit neurosurgeon or neurologist

you need to visit neurosurgeon. you might need surgery along with heavy antibiotics due to its extension. but only a specialist could tell after history and examination
