I had covid last month 27th Oct, No other symptoms instead body aches. I was feeling better 50% on the 3rd day. After 1 week cough started and its been 3 weeks now the cough is not going away, I cough a lot of mucus out. Nose is also running with Mucus and post nasal drip. Any remedy for this?

syp ventolin TDS (1 teaspoon after breakfast lunch Dinner)
Tab Fexet D ( 1 tablet in the morning and 1 in the evening)

use warm liquids green tea warm water with honey and also try Gargales with warm saline water
share x-ray chest and CBC
it has many causes so need to be visited by a specialist physician soon after taking history and doing physical examination and some tests including chest x-ray then everything will be cleared up and treatment will be started
