Respected Sir my nose remains mostly runny nose with mucus but i raise it upwards in my nose. Whenever I speak after a while I felt that there is mucus in my throat and I whisper loud to clear mucus in my throat. When I cough myself strongly then also mucus comes in my saliva which I expelled out through saliva. This is happening to me since 6-7 months. Kindly suggest me what should I do without consultation as I am a student. Please. Thanks

daily two times ( after wake up and before sleep )gurguls with water that contain salt and little soda (must) also add this water in nose and keep nose up and closefor 5 sec then split it
this is alleric condition not to go for any drugs
only if you want then antiallery(loratadine 10mg) otherwise no need
