Talk to General Physician on Multiple ERCP Procedures And Extreme Weight Loss

My mother 63y has blockage in bile duct, for that doctors has done ERCP 6th time now, each time they said we have had to replace it because veins are still blocked.

She has long medical history, including heart disease, coronavirus and tapeworms in intestine. Now, these issues are resolved.

This disease made her weak and loss weight down to 54kg from 85kg. She weren’t able to eat or drink for a long time and still she is having difficulty in eating, each time she said I am not in mood to eat anything.

Operation is not possible because these veins are not in same size somehow, one of them dilute and now mismatch. Highly risky.

Please suggest which doctor should I consult to discuss such serious issue? I need second opinion on her case.
