Yes you can take it but at your age it's too early to start taking multivitamins without any strong reasons.Its better to get assessed by physician and get the original disease or cause diagnosed and treated efficiently,as this medicine may improve your symptoms for time being and as you will stop taking it symptoms will again reappear.You can take my appointment via marham or visit your nearest physician to get assessed and managed.

Yes, no side effects .But dont take evion with it as it already contain vit e.
