Talk to General Physician on Multivitamin Tablets

A gynecologist prescribed my mother some multivitamins named azvit-d and zim-d. She prescribed me those as well for good hair and vitamin deficiencies which i think i do have because i do not eat fruits etc and i'm 19 and a half yrs old, my periods are regular. So is it okay to take them?
