Isotretinion is basically vit a, in females its harmful to female reproductive organs and mainly fertility, so before taking any unnecessary multi vitamins get ur , cbc to check iron deficiency, serum calcium for any loss, if u a have period issues abdominal cramps before or after ur periods check ur “FSH , LH, Testosterone levels, and for your severe ankle issue get Bone density test but get serum calcium and cbc first they’re cheaper

How do you come to know about severe Iron deficiency anemia? What is your hemoglobin and ferritin ? If it’s really severe it can’t be corrected with oral supplements only. If you have your cbc you should book an appointment and if don’t have to for CBC with peripheral smear from good lab
