Movax( tizanidine) can be taken 2mg Two times a day can be increased to 4mg Twice a day if needed.
baclofen is first line it is taken 5mg twice a day then increases to 5mg three times after 2 weeks

When I experience the intense muscle pain in MS, I take 1 Neubrol Forte in the night. But I need to know if there are other effective pain medicines that can provide long term pain relief. Due to that pain I am experienceing a lot of mobility issues and dis-balancing ? and cannot walk without support.
