Asking for Self, Female, 30 years old, Lahore
Im in my 35th week of pregnancy n im suffering from muscle tear in my shoulder left side its so painful that cant sleep on left side cannot put pressure! Pain goes till my back if im on my left side. What should i do that it can heal quickly sleeping on one side is huge problem
