Im in my 35th week of pregnancy n im suffering from muscle tear in my shoulder left side its so painful that cant sleep on left side cannot put pressure! Pain goes till my back if im on my left side. What should i do that it can heal quickly sleeping on one side is huge problem

Tablets Panadol 2+2+2 can be taken
Take two tablet of panadol safe in pregnancy. if not get relieved then visit to Physician.
You can use Locally applicable Voltral/Dicloran gel at shoulder to get instant relief along with paracetamol and low dose of simple analgesics and if no relief better visit your physician.
you can take panadol and apply NSAIDs locally.Se a good physiotherapist.
In safer drug is panadol take 2 tab of tab Pandol we cant help u more than that
