I had hand and feet numbess almost 2 months ago. They also twitch and cramp. Now I'm feeling to much weakness in arms hand and legs. What could be possible reason. I do exercise 5 days a week.

Multivitamin Vitrum only. My b12 level is also in lesser range. Taken vit d supplement last month weekly d4u orally
get it checked again, if it's still lesser you may need injections then, and are you doing too much cardio ?
