Problem ye ha k kabhi b ma Angrai loon tu mery shoulder ittna zada pain krty han jesy jan nikal gai ho. us k ilawa meri back dono shoulder ky neechy buht pain rehta ha jis ko ma ribs ma b feel krta hn. rat ko neend nahi atti hardly 2 ya 3 ghanty sota hn. Neend na any ki waja muscular pain nahi ha. aj tk kabhi neend ki goli nahi li. koi b wazni cheez utha loon tu chuk par jati ha. please recommend me any tests or medicine
