Asking for Self, Female, 24 years old, Lahore
I just had my firt baby delivered in November last year through C-section. My body aches started during pregnancy but they are becoming even worse now. My lower back and feet hurt so much so often. Especially after i lie down and try to get up. Even if i sit for some time at the same place it's hard for me to get up. Kindly guide me about this
may be during c-section you have lost sort of blood and u been suffered from anemia you have to take some iron supplement ie Cap Fefolvit upto months and go for urine r/e and abdominal ultrasound too
