It's not recommended to take Wilgesic in pregnancy at any weeks. Simple Paracetamol or Panadol is safe to take in. I understand it must be very hard for you to cope with your circumstances. But get gentle massage with voltral or movax. That is totally safe. Try to take adequate sleep and if possible, get some help from family to take care of your kids.

Salam, u already hav 2 toddlers are they breastfed? Or still feeding, basically in pregnancy u require nutrition for 2 and u’re also a working women, all the symptoms u described points towards multivitamins and minerals deficiencies wilgesic is basically panadol with an anti allergic which serves in most cases as relaxant, if u’re in ur first or 2nd trimester u can take naprox 250mg twice daily after meals, in third trimester big no no for naprox or even brufen, if wilgesic suits u same potency 450/35mg twice daily after meals, but start taking multivitamins and calcium vit D supplements , cap Fefolvit 1 after breakfast atleast 2 mnths (multivitamin specially for pregnant women) tab chewcal ,chew 1 tablet after any meal during the day for calcium and mild dose of vit D , and cap Sunny D 2lac IU one cap in one week total for 4 capsules u hav to take in 4 weeks, increase ur water intake, add ORS in regular water intake, add dairy products, fresh fruits, fresh juices, milkshakes, increase meat intake avoid oily deep fried food, junk food thats all i can help via typing if u want further proper guidance kindly book an appointment, may Allah keep u in good health
