kindly detail about his fever its high grade or low grade continues or reduced with medication ? associated with one of the following cough sputum burning micturition constipation diarhea abdominal pain vomiting
get his cbc crp levels
urine complete examination
malarial parasite
dengue serology
continue claritek 500 mg twice a day
tab cefspan 400 mg once a day
tab panadol 2 tablets 4 hourly
report back after labs
Is there shivering or without shivering? If without shivering start Tab Ciproxin 500 mg 2 times for Five days. Leemon Pani be added. Otherwise call
Please do one CBC do he has other symptoms and how much fever

its 101 got blood and urine test. doctor was saying .maybe there's urine infection

indiscriminate use of antibiotics by doctors and public has created terrible resistant superbugs in Pakistan.
workup for fever CBC, MP
MP ICT
ALT
alkaline phosphatase
urine DR
Chest xray
blood culture
buta full history is needed to first assess most likely cause of fever to order proper tests.
