The patient has experienced weight loss and muscle weakness. Over the past two days, he had a fever, but it has since subsided. He also has a cough occasionally. I have attached his CBC, urine D/R, and UCE results. Please advise on what I should provide for muscle recovery. He is currently on NG feeding, and we are administering nutrition through the NG tube.
