Talk to General Physician on My Father Wont Eat

Hello its been 10 days my father wont eat anything. says he is not hungry. he is getting thin every day what should i do . He only drinks juice. he doesn't eat breakfast,nor evening and dinner meals .He is getting weaker anyone guide me what his problem is.

No two months back he fell from stairs but after three weeks he was fine and was walking . but then suddenly stopped walking. i asked him . is it because of that accident that he is walking no more . he said no. i asked to eat some food . says he cant . he said that if he eat food he is gonna vomit.
