Sir my hairs are naturally healthy nd skin is also fresh nd neat ...m taking this just to keep my skin hydrated nd as anti aging supplement... should i continue taking this supplement or overuse of this supplement would have any harm ????

as have been buy this one so use it till end....enjoy.
after this one dont buy again...
you are getting these vitamins naturally as it has biotin and vitamin C .. these are also found in our daily deits and food ... eg Biotin found in yellow of eggs, peanuts, meats, roasted sunflower seeds, and others .
but best think keep skin hydrate and strong hair .. is to drink more water and treat your hairs gently , keep cover and clean ,by this you your hair and skin will be healthy
