My 5-year-old son has developed red spots all over his neck since last night. The doctor prescribed Rigix 2.5ml syrup, but it doesn't seem to be effective. Additionally, he has been experiencing intermittent fever for the past 2 days. Can anyone provide advice on the cause of these spots? Could it be measles?
