Talk to General Physician on Myleoid Leukocytosis

My father is having hiccups, feeling weakness, loss of appetite, and leg pain from the last week. He is also having hemorrhoid issue. I had his cbc in which comments were written myleoid leukocytosis. His hb was 9.5.i immediately took my father to the medical specialist where his BP fall to 60/ had his ecg which was right. Doctor gave him medicine and now his hiccups are fine and started eating stool test and urine test is fine too. No BP no sugar. I showed him to surgeon too. He has told me that he has 3rd stage of hemorrhoids but again he also didn't bother this myleoid leukocytosis. Can you help me that should I take this term lightly or what to do? Thanks in advance
