میرے سر میں بہت درد رہتا ہے چار دن ہو گئے ہیں عجیب سی طبیعت ہے سمجھ نہیں آرہی آنکھوں کے آگے اندھیرا آجاتا ہے اور کسی چیز سے آرام نہیں آ رہا میں پانی بہت زیادہ کم تھی ہو لیکن اب دو دن ہو گئے ہیں پانی کا استعمال زیادہ کر رہی ہو پلیز کچھ بتائیں کیا چیز استعمال کرو ذہن میں منفی باتیں بہت زیادہ آتی ہیں میں بہت کوشش کرتی ہوں لیکن ان سے پیچھے نہیں ہو رہی بہت زیادہ پریشان ہوں پلیز کوئی میڈیسن بتائیں
