اسلام عليكم. کچھ دن پهلے میرے دانت میں درد تھا ڈاکٹر کو دیکھایا تو انهوں نے نکالنے کی تجویز دی جب بی پی چیک کیا تو بهت زیاده تھا ڈاکٹر نے بی پی کم هونے ک بعد نکالنے کا مشوره دیا لیکن تین هفتےتک بی پی کم نهیں هوا بعد میں بی پی کی دوا بھی لیا اور دانت نکال دیا اب کچھ دنوں سے سر میں درد اور سر بھاری هورها تھا چیک کیا تو بی پی نیچے والا بڑھاهوا هے سر میں بھاری پن انکھوں میں اندھرا پن اور چکر محسوس هورها هے.چار پانچ دنوں سے بی پی 124/89 124/87 124/90 سے کم نهیں هورها براۓ مهربانی کوئی علاج اور پرهیز تجویز دیں.جزاک الله خیر
