Naaf Pain

I have problem on naaf, there is swealing but have no pain still from 8months I\'m so confused what\'s actually a problem inside please guide me I\'ve mentioned below my picture also

this is umbilical or para umbilical hernia need surgery and weight reduction

This is paraumbilical hernia
Only solution is surgery.

this is umbilical hernia do u have any other symptoms? u should go for an abdominal ultrasound to see it's content and to rule out any underlying  it's painless n there is no underlying pathology u can leave it but keep an eye on new onset symptom like sudden onsent abd pain or fever or  now go for thorough abdominal examibarion n abdominal ultrasound .
