He has been having nasal problems for 2 years. Irritation and allergies have now caused him to have headaches and toothaches.
Is there any medicine he is taking?Tab flexin 500mg (1+1) for 5 days .MMS nasal spray one puff in each nostril once a day for a month . Tab zyrtec 10mg once daily for a month.but pt needs to be examined for allergic rhinitis.

The real problem is his nose. But I am out of the country so I could not get him a complete check-up. But since he started having more pain, he has been going for treatment. But the doctor gives him dental medicine. Which does not give him any relief. Now, when I asked him about the pain in detail, it came to know that he has a problem with his nose, not his teeth. For 2 years. I have some friends here, Dr. Khadrat, whom I asked about this problem, and he said that you should take the patient to an ENT specialist.
