Take hot water steam for 20-30 min twice.a week .... add 4 fresh smell elaichi, 10-15 fresh mint leaves , 2 cloves in water. Breathe in through your nose and exhale through your mouth while taking steam... try harder to practice it. Do gargling with warm water add some salt n 1 clove in it before going to sleep every day. Do breathe in with nose n out with mouth only while you take another sip for gargling..... Thanks me latter by posting your review on my profile :)
