Nausea And Weakness

Assalam o Alaikum my father is a heart and diabetes patient. For somedays he is feeling Nausea and weakness. When he lays down he feels nausea thats why he cant sleep well for some days. Also he is not eating so well. Please suggest what to do or which specialist to visit. We are really worried about his health. JazakAllah
