I want to ask what is difference b/w nebulizing and steam? Actually i hv 5 months old baby who has flu and i hv been told by the doctor to give him steam but i m afraid tht i might burn the kid so if steam and nebuliser have both same affect ?
in such a young baby never give steam directly there are some ways via which you can give steam inhalation to relieve congestion.

but doctor can advice simple water steam/saline steam by boiling in pot at home or machine which you can buy in stores...
but doctor can advice you VENTOLIn or clenil nebulize which is actually medicated nebulization...
you can give steam to your baby at home by holding up quite by maintaining distance so your baby will not burn...hold tightly...
you can find steamer in market which is harmless
agar baby ko daily basis Py flu rehta ha to rule out if baby have any allergic issue so avoid that source plus steam is better then nebuliser for daily basis and u can buy steamer and use it instead of hot water steam in home which is also irritable for child
