it's been a month since I've been facing stiffness in my back side neck and head and also ear ringing sound.
I used to have this ear ringing 10 years ago and without any treatment it resolved I hear clearly but sound in ear is disturbing.

Could be secondary to cervical muscle spasm. Need more detail though. 2nd symptom seem tinnitus. Hearing issue? vertigo? Facial weakness?

I have stress behind my neck and head, pressure in ears with ringing sound and
nose congestion as well. and without flu having phlegm after meals.
In the past I was stressed and emotional. but also felt like it occurred due to bad posture during sleep. I couldn't figure it out yet.
No hearing loss, vertigo or facial weakness
but during this had aura migraine 3 times.

I'm taking indreal, diagesic, itopride. yes I had migraine 3 times and also had one side headache. but now it's not a migraine, headache is behind eyes. blood pressure is around 140 noticed.

Please either book an online consultation or see an ENT specialist and neurologist for headache. May I know, what type of diagesic tablet you're taking? Is it diagesic extra. Avoid taking it. Instead of it, take Panadol migraine and Tab. Stemitil 5mg. But please book an appointment for the most appropriate advice.
