Hi am a 28 year old female I want to know am having pain in front of my neck mucus by this pain I feel neck stiffness shoulders pain and headaches before that few months back I have same issues I have neck ultra sound it was un remarkable now am having same pain but in my neck front no swallowing issues no voice change no fever nothing
This is possibly because of Neck muscular spasms.
