Talk to General Physician on Neck Pain And Headache , (May Be Parkinson)

Hi Doctors, my mother is 56 and she is suffering from sever headache and neck pain. When she wakes up in the morning the pain starts, even sometime in the middle of the night. pain killers are taken everyday. she is diabetic and have high BP issue as well. one of the Neurophysician has told us that its parkinson's disease. but so far no doctor has told us anything clearly. if any expert doctor can guide, we will b thankful
