Talk to General Physician on Neck Pain Since 2018, Not Going Away

Hello I am a 23 year old male And I have been having neck pain since 2018

I got an X-ray of my neck (link: https://imgur.com/a/8vGvL7N ) And it seems my neck is straight.

Can anyone please recommend me exercises, lifestyle changes and do's and don'ts in order to correct this?
