Talk to General Physician on Need Consultation

16 days earlier I felt light body ache and light fever, on third day i took panadol and body ache went away, then on 7th day i felt some irritation in throat, i consulted with a doctor he prescribed azomax 250mg two times a day for three days, today it's my 17th day with fever ranging from 98 to 99.2 with slight sore throat, i did not go for pcr due to some reasons, now what should i do? i have no cough no shortness of breathe no chest congestion, only on and off fever and sore throat, my esr has increased to 33. please guide what should i do?
