Asking for Self, Male, 36 years old, Islamabad
Having extreme pain in left foot's toe after eating fish, sweets and drinking fizzy drink. Got this pain thrice in 2024 as well. HBA1C is 5 which is normal and uric acid is normal too but not getting relief... No external wound or injury or compression at all but it seems like my toe came under a truck... damn pain and doctor advised me to see a nephrologist but he wasn't on seat today so i am posting my question here. Kindly help me diagnose this problem and suggest a suitable medicine too. Urine RE, serum, uric acid all tests have been taken. all are normal

To me doesn’t seem like kidney issue. Needs further assessment and examination.
