Aoa my brother is 29 years height 5'11 suddenly on bed after running and not able to stand properly without support and with extreme muscle pain and cramps his leg's reflexes is not working properly these are some reports by neurologist and doctor said there is no cure for him there is problem with his nervous system his neurons started damaging and his muscles are getting depleted day by day and he is loosing weight now doctor are having trouble in finding the treatment plz help me with the best cure available please plzzz help we are too worried
