“I have left-sided neck pain radiating down my arm and fingers, especially worse with lifting or internal rotation of the shoulder. I also have numbness in my hands and feet, difficulty on stairs, and sharp pain while sitting at floor in medial rotation position. I’d like to investigate possible cause and If I need MRI of Cervical and Lumbar spine or Cervical and Thoracic Spine, I'm attaching my last year's X-ray finding. Also consider that I have Subclinical hypothyroidism

I would suggest to get physical examination by a neurologist or neurosurgeon, than plan accordingly for MRI cervical spine + Lumbar spine.
