I am feeling very weak from 1 month. i feel fatigue in my head and dizzy all the time.i can feel my hands and feet are numb most of the i feel pain in my arm and legs ( slight pain or uncomfortable sensation ) i am very worried as i am just 24 years load why this is all happening to me i cant enjoy my life as i have no energy left to do any activity
