I am having loss of smell taste from one month now .can smell the near by objects near the nose very faintly .Taste can taste sweet spur bitter but no flavours .also covid test was negative .I have attached x-ray of nose please help me .

Not good film Take Steam three times a day and xynocine nassal spray till u regain every thing this is not COVID

My nose on left side inside is spwllen and fully reddish as well .I have been prescribed cortecosteroid spray nasomet.Its not helping that much .
