Its been a month since i had sex and my pregnancy test is negative and its been 10 days above my periods date and i am not havjng periods what can be the issue

When did you check for pregnancy test ?

Do blood pregnancy test. It is mostly accurate. You can also do pelvic ultrasound for confirmation of pregnancy. Urine pregnancy test is not reliable
