Talk to General Physician on Novidat While Breastfeeding 15 Days Baby

Aoa, I wanted to ask whether you can take Novidat 500mg and Ganaton 150 mg while breastfeeding or not? My medical doctor recommended me due to my stomach infection causing loose motion. Will it have any adverse effect on baby? or is it safe to take by adjusting the time of feeding. kindly answer.
Novidat,,(Ciprofloxacin) is secreted in human milk and is not risk free for the feeding child.However if the benefits of giving the drug are more than the risk,then it can be given but will be preferable that you discard the milk till you stop the drug till 2 days after the last dose.
Regarding Ganaton ,it is also given with caution only f benefits are more than risks(category c ,)

formula milk doesn't suit the baby, he throws up. I have to breastfeed him. I have been taking the medicine for 3 days along with neuromet, dctr said the amount that will go into breast milk will not be harmful but I'm still concerned.
