Talk to General Physician on Nuero/ Lower Back Pain

Asking for my husband age 40. 3 months back he felt severe lower back pain and he remain unconscious for half an hour. After MRI doctor told us that l4 l5 dics bulging and Disk deciccation. After a month doctor suggested another MRI. That MRI shows nerve root compression as well with minimal distance. He took medicines for last 3 months regularly. But still he feel moment the main problem about urination is he feels pressure at bladder but after pee he feel like bladder is still half full. Medicines: movax 3 times a day and dultix 30 mg 2 times aday . Any suggestions please
