Talk to General Physician on Numbness And Pain In Shoulders

Aoa. I was having problem of shoulders pain and numbness. Visited a neuro . He prescribed me tryptanol 25 mg. Bmd max and kalv. I m feeling increase in my weight. Although Doing half hour walk daily but want to know is it the side effect of tryptanol. If yes then what should I do. It's a 3 month course I m going to complete 2 months. Plz let me know m worried. Should I change medicine or what? Thx
