Meri left arm mey numbness aur tingling rehti hai hr wakt. Like my arm is always feeling like numb and tingling. Meri chest mey bhi pain rehti. And i hear bubbling and gurgling sounds from my left side(upper). These sounds really irritate and produce discomfort. What i think the origin of these sounds are from under left side . Kindly tell me what is it. I am really worried. These problems are with me from months
